Connacht Even Age Cross Country Championship
Moyne Community School, Moyne, Co Longford - 20th October 11am
Entry fee is €5 per each athlete whether entered as an individual or as a member of a team.
Club entries by club secretary.
Qualifiers:
- Top 12 from each Region
- First four (4) club teams in the 11-19 age group all must qualify from Regional Cross Country Championships.
- Three (3) teams each from Munster, Ulster, Connaught, 4 from Leinster and 1Team from the Region of Dublin qualify for County Teams.
- In the 17-19 age groups individual open entry will apply provided the athlete has entered in the Regional Cross Country Championships. Open entries must be with National at closing date for competition and entries must be approved by the Regional Secretary.
Teams:
- Province, 12 athletes to run with 6 to score
- County, 10 athletes to run with 6 to score
- Club, 6 athletes to run with 4 to score
- NOTE: U19 Girls Club, 6 athletes to run with 3 to score
In Connacht the Under 18 and Junior races will be combined, athletes who wish to run the under 18 race at National must be entered into Under 18’s at Connacht.
There is no qualification from Connacht for the Junior, Senior, Novice, Intermediate or Masters competitions and all clubs must do their own online entries.
