Mayo Evens Cross Country will be hosted by Erris AC, at Doolough Banks (F26 K206) on Sunday 22nd September. Start time tbc but most likely 11am. Registration on the day from 10am.

2017 - U8 - 500m (participation medals for all)
2016 & 2015 - U10 - 1,000m

All athletes must be registered with Westport AC. 

Football boots can be worn. If you have spikes please make sure to put in the 9mm or 12mm spikes (5mm only for tartan track).  There is no need to buy spikes.
