Congratulations to David Harper, Westport AC (representing Rice College), who took home a silver medal from this year’s Aviva SIAB (Schools’ International Athletic Board) u17 international, which was held at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium last Saturday.

The annual Aviva SIAB international brings together the top 300 under 17 athletes from the schools’ associations of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and it was an fantastic accomplishment for David to come second in the 1500m in a time of 3:57.19 – a huge new Personal Best for David.
