The C & C Cellular/Vodafone Mayo Outdoor Track & Field U12 – U19 Championships were held at Claremorris Athletic Club at the weekend.  A large crowd of athletes from Aughagower, Ballina, Castlebar, Claremorris, Lake District, Swinford and Westport competed in atrocious weather conditions.  Downpours of rain made for very difficult conditions and as a result some of the events to be cancelled.  Despite this the athletes were in very good spirits and competed to the very best of their ability.  Click HERE for Results
